Will a RocketHub external antenna improve my reception?
The RocketHub’s internal antenna is low gain and by adding an external antenna it should dramatically improve your reception. Also having the antenna outside a building is going to help. By improving the signal level you will get reduced drop outs, higher quality voice calls and faster internet speeds.
Which RocketHub antenna pack should I choose?
If don’t have a large hill in between you and the tower, and if you don’t mind mounting the antenna on a pole on the roof, then the High Gain Pack is the way to go and will offer the best reception possible. The Omni-directional pack is the alternative, comes with an L bracket so is easier to mount and still performs well. If the signal outside your house is less than 2 out of 4 bars then we recommend the High Gain Pack.
What frequency are the cell towers on in my area?

Why do I need to mount the antenna outside and have 5m of separation?
The Rockethub has two inbuilt diversity antennas and when using an external antenna there needs to be at least 5m of vertical separation between the Rockethub and external antenna.
Can I connected this antenna to my Netcomm router?
Yes the RocketHub antenna packs will connect to the Ericsson W35, the NetComm 3G10WVR, 3G10WVR2, 3G25W-R and other Netcomm modems.
How do I install the High Gain Antenna Pack?
This antenna needs to be mounted on a pole and comes with a pole clamp, this can be your existing TV antenna pole. Most people will mount the elements horizontally to get the widest beamwidth or sideways spread. Point it in the direction or your nearest tower and adjust till you get the best signal on your RocketHub.

The medium gain antenna pack supports both 850Mhz and 1900Mhz, which are the two bands used by Rogers and Bell.
Can I connect this antenna to a NETGEAR MBR1210 Turbo Hub ?
Yes, however you will need the NETGEAR MBR1210 adapter also.
